About 

Before taking on the role as the director of SMERU in August 2019, Anti served as the Institute’s deputy director for research and outreach since 2009.

Anti has extensive knowledge and experience in conducting research on decentralization, poverty, human development, trade, and development studies. She is now leading SMERU in sustaining its reputation as a leading research institute in the field of poverty and socioeconomic analysis.

Prior to joining SMERU, Anti worked as a regional policy analyst and project coordinator for the United Nations Support Facility for Indonesian Recovery (UNSFIR), and as a researcher for the Centre for Policy and Implementation Studies.
