Dina Wintyas Saputri
Dina obtained her master’s degree in Cooperation and Development from L'Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori di Pavia, Italy, and her bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
Dina is the Programme Manager for RISE (Research on Improving System of Education) Programme in Indonesia. Working under the directions of the Deputy Team Leader and in close collaboration with the Research Coordinators, Dina manages, supervises, and monitors the implementation of RISE to ensure successful implementation of the program. Specifically, Dina oversees the operations and human resources in order to achieve quality results in a timely manner. She also plays an active role in liaising with government partners.
Prior to joining SMERU, Dina was a Project Manager for ASEAN Science and Technology Fellowship at the ASEAN Foundation to promote evidence-based policymaking and to capacitate scientists in Southeast Asia. In her previous roles, Dina supported the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance in Tax Administration Area and the National Team for Poverty Reduction Acceleration (TNP2K) under Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. Dina also gained experiences in research and education cooperation from her engagement with International Cooperation and Development Office, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
