Alif is an ICT Assistant specializing in technical support, digital troubleshooting, and audiovisual operations. He provides end-to-end support for the organization’s IT infrastructure, including preparing and maintaining staff computers, managing network systems, and assisting with the procurement and upkeep of IT equipment. He also manages the technological aspects of internal and external events, both online and offline, by setting up video conferencing tools, configuring presentation systems, and handling event documentation, such as recordings and materials.
Beyond daily hardware and software maintenance, Alif ensures that IT-related administrative documents are properly managed and that all loaned devices are ready for staff use. He actively responds to various ICT-related requests across the organization.
His professional interests include IT support operations, system optimization, and leveraging emerging digital tools to improve organizational workflows. He is highly adaptable and consistently seeks opportunities to broaden his expertise in practical and evolving areas of technology.
Prior to joining SMERU, Alif worked as IT Support staff at the Regional Revenue Agency (Badan Pendapatan Daerah) of DKI Jakarta. He also served as a Data Entry Officer at PT Arky Mitra Solusi and as an English teacher at PT Kumon Institute Education Indonesia, where he managed student progress through personalized learning method.
In 2019, Alif was certified by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) as a Programmer in Software Development. In 2024, he received another professional certification from BNSP as a Program Analyst in the same field. He was also awarded 3rd place in the 2019 Astra National Video Contest for the submission “Agent of Change” at the Kampung Berseri Astra Festival.
