Briyan ensures that the quality of SMERU's computer systems and computer technology meets the highest technical standards. He monitors and maintains the Institute's computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and resolves technical issues in person or remotely. He also repairs and replaces electronic devices as needed.
In addition to supporting the Head of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division in procurement of electronic and communication devices, Briyan also prepares equipment for events organized by SMERU, including operating live streaming and documenting the events by taking videos and photos.
Before joining SMERU, Briyan worked at PT. Informasi Teknologi Service Center as a technician responsible for analyzing and repairing electronic device failures, installing software, and providing customer helpdesk support.
