Dina is the programme manager for the RISE (Research on Improving System of Education) Programme in Indonesia. Working under the direction of the deputy team leader and in close collaboration with the research coordinators, Dina manages and monitors the implementation of RISE programs to ensure their successful implementation. Specifically, Dina oversees operations and human resources in order for programs to achieve quality results in a timely manner. She also plays an active role in liaising with government partners.

Prior to joining SMERU, Dina was project manager for ASEAN Science and Technology Fellowship at the ASEAN Foundation tasked to promote evidence-based policymaking and to capacitate scientists in ASEAN countries. In her previous roles, Dina supported the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance in Tax Administration Area and the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K) under the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. Dina also gained experiences in research and education cooperation from her engagement with the International Cooperation and Development Office, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
