Rikha obtained her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.

Rikha is a junior program administration officer at SMERU. She is responsible for the activities and administrative processes of all SMERU research projects, including multiyear and short-term projects. Rikha also performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the managers.

Prior to joining SMERU, Rikha was an administrative project officer for VegIMPACT NL, a partnership between Indonesian and Dutch horticultural enterprises aimed at improving vegetable production and private sector development in Indonesia using horticultural knowledge and expertise from the Netherlands.
