Nadya obtained her bachelor’s degree in communication (majoring in public relations) from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) (University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Religious)).
Nadya is the program officer for the Research on Improving Systems of Education (RISE) Programme in Indonesia. She works under the direction of the RISE Program Manager in handling all matters related to operations, administration, finances, accounting, procurement, and personnel contracts of the RISE Programme in Indonesia.
Nadya coordinates with RISE researchers in preparing terms of references for specific research activities, arranging logistics for fieldworks, and hosting project events and other relevant activities. She organizes project receipts, payments, bookkeeping, procurement, and personnel contracts. She ensures that project staff are in full compliance with internal financial, accounting, procurement, and human resources regulations as well as those imposed by funding agencies.
Nadya also coordinates with SMERU’s subcontractors or consultants on matters related to finances and accounting as well as with field staff on financial reports of fieldworks. In addition, she prepares and sends project financial reconciliations to funding agencies.
Before joining the RISE Programme in Indonesia, Nadya worked with several private companies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). She had mainly been involved in projects in the health, education, marine, climate, and physical infrastructure (water, sanitation, road improvement, and sea toll road) sectors.
