About 

Nadya obtained her bachelor’s degree in communication (majoring in public relations) from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) (University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Religious)).

Nadya is responsible for carrying out and facilitating recruitment and selection processes, including preparing employment contracts and induction for selected candidates. She (i) manages the administration of human resources, including database of the staff (both permanent and temporary) and expert pools; (ii) conducts capability mapping of the staff and manages interns; (iii) administers and manages systematic training and internal capacity building aimed at ensuring that all staff members are of high quality as expected from the individual key performance indicator (KPI); (iv) manages the release of staff by administering handover notes and calculation of compensation (if any); (v) manages staff members’ grievances and disputes, and advises on conflict resolutions (if any); (vi) organizes regular performance evaluation, in consultation with the management; (vii) advises the management on any matters relating to human resource management; and (viii) carries out any other tasks as directed by supervisors and the director.

Prior to joining SMERU as a human resource development (HRD) staff, Nadya worked as a program officer for the Research on Improving Systems of Education (RISE) Programme in Indonesia (a research project managed by SMERU). She had also worked with several companies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). She had mainly been involved in the health, education, marine and climate, and physical infrastructure (water, sanitation, road improvement, and sea toll road) sectors.
