This study aims to evaluate the socioeconomic conditions of poor women and their households and to assess the changes of poor women’s access to basic services.




The purpose of this study is to collect precise information about the risks and hazards of tobacco farming industry in Indonesia, especially those with child labour.
The objective of the follow-up study is to make a longer-term assessment of the socioeconomic outcomes and impacts of the improvement of the EINRIP project roads in each research site.

SMERU’s initiation to provide research-based evidence to this policy discourse is also motivated by direct communication with several e-commerce companies that approach SMERU for commissioning study on measuring the social impact of their operations, as well as interaction with various startup companies.
