Investment in human capital is very crucial for the development of the country. One way to achieve this is through providing our children with sufficient education and welfare. This is not easy and not cheap! Much has been done to prevent our children from falling by the wayside, but there are still many obstacles and weaknesses to overcome. There is still much homework to be done.

This newsletter only touches the tip of the iceberg when it comes to dealing with problems concerning our children: the Government's efforts to ensure school-aged children remained in school during the crisis; the trade-off between school and survival; and the challenges for regional governments in terms of children's futures, considering the ball is now in their court. Hopefully we will be able to encourage readers to contemplate and then take action for our children, our future generation.
