Background 

Development planning, implementation, evaluation, and control needs to be supported by accurate, up-to-date, accountable, readily accessible, and shareable data that is managed in a careful, integrated, and sustainable manner. Thus, it is important to improve the management of data, particularly one that will be used in every stage of social welfare implementation in DKI Jakarta Province.

It is crucial to develop Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) which matches regional needs and is in synergy with the national strategy. As a step toward developing DTKS, we need a strategic plan which covers transformation in the institutional aspect, information system, and methodology used in determining the priority scale through a welfare ranking system. Developing DTKS is a strategic agenda as part of the poverty reduction effort coordinated by the Poverty Reduction Coordinating Team (TKPK) of DKI Jakarta Province.

Objective 

Support the TKPK of DKI Jakarta Province in evaluating the variables and model for welfare ranking as part of the effort to develop regional DTKS.

Methodology 

Experts in evaluating the welfare ranking variables and model (coordinator) in phase II are to perform the following tasks.

  1. Coordinate the process of inventorying all data and information needed to evaluate the variables and model for welfare ranking as part of the effort to develop regional DTKS
  2. Coordinate the development of a welfare ranking model which suits the context in DKI Jakarta Province
  3. Coordinate the preparation of the study to determine the variables, along with the method to collect data on those variables, to be used in the welfare ranking model which suits the context in DKI Jakarta Province
  4. Coordinate effectively with the TKPK of DKI Jakarta Province
  5. Provide an effective response to the requests made by the TKPK of DKI Jakarta Province

  
Technical personnel for evaluating the welfare ranking variables and model (technical assistant) in phase II are to perform the following tasks.

  1. Inventory all data and information needed to evaluate the ranking welfare variables and model as part of the effort to develop regional DTKS
  2. Develop a welfare ranking model which suits the context in DKI Jakarta Province
  3. Prepare a study to determine the variables, along with the method to collect data on those variables, to be used in the welfare ranking model which suits the context in DKI Jakarta Province
  4. Coordinate effectively with the TKPK of DKI Jakarta Province
  5. Provide an effective response to the requests made by the TKPK of DKI Jakarta Province
