Background 

In an effort to improve the quality of education, Bhakti Tanoto Foundation initiated the Educational Leadership Initiative to Accomplish Achievement  (INSPIRASI) program. The program is designed to improve the competence of school principals in Indonesia. In this regard, SMERU will provide technical assistance for the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Pilot Program Batch 2. 

Objective 

To support INSPIRASI Foundation in monitoring and evaluating the Pilot Program Batch 2.

Methodology 
  1. Developing a study design
  2. Developing instruments for collecting data and monitoring changes
  3. Providing consultation on baseline data analysis
  4. Providing consultation on data analysis for rapid assessment
