With the aim of understanding future care demand, this research applies an intersectional feminist lens across three domains of care, including childcare, care for older people, and care for persons with disabilities.

Findings from SMERU’s research, “Understanding Social Norms Related to Unpaid Care Work”, show that while 80% of men believe doing care work is normal, only a few actually participate.
